  • 1-1 personal training sessions are limited to clients located in the South Metro Denver area.

  • We request a 1 month commitment that includes 4 training sessions. Reduced pricing is available for training couples.

Fitness Plan for Personal Training 50+ Clients

Initial Assessment - Your coach will assess your current fitness level, and identify opportunities to improve your strength, mobility, balance, core stability, and endurance. Your assessment enables your coach to deliver a personalized training program, and use the assessment results to measure progress as you advance through your training.

Personalized Training Program - Your coach will design a personalized training program and workouts that address the opportunities identified during your assessment. As you advance through your training program, your coach will teach you new workouts and exercises to challenge you and help you progress.

Support For Additional Workouts - To accelerate your training results, your coach can provide you with supplemental workouts that you can complete on your own, or while traveling.

Support and Accountability - Throughout your training, your coach will check in with you and provide personalized support. This helps you stay accountable to your program and keeps you moving forward toward your fitness goals.

Review and Results - Your training program will be results focused. Your coach will continually assess and record your new levels of strength, mobility, balance, core stability, and endurance.
