Step 1

  • Order Fitness Equipment

  • Complete Fitness Self-Assessment

  • Initial Coach Consultation

You will complete a fitness assessment identifying your strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances. Your coach will leverage your assessment results to design for you a customized training plan.

If you’re training from home, your coach will recommend high quality and affordable fitness equipment to complete your workouts.

Step 2

  • Mobility Correctives

  • Endurance Foundation

  • Coach Check-in

Your coach will prescribe corrective exercises to address any mobility issues identified in your assessment. You’ll also complete exercises to help establish neuromuscular connections, increase your endurance, and build a foundation for your strength training that follows.

You’ll check-in weekly with your coach and provide feedback enabling any needed adjustments to your training plan.

Note: Mobility and endurance training may require 2 weeks or more to complete, depending upon your current fitness level.

 

Step 3

  • Strength Workouts

  • Coach Check-in

  • Progression Planning

You will complete your customized strength training workouts. Your workouts will continue addressing mobility correctives identified earlier, and also focus on increasing your overall strength, mobility, balance, core stability, and endurance.

You’ll check-in weekly with your coach and provide feedback enabling any needed adjustments to your training plan. Your coach will also provide you with a workout plan that includes exercise progressions.

At the end of week 4, you’ll have the option to continue training with your coach, or independently manage your training with occasional check-ins with your coach as needed.
