Dumbbells – Dumbbells are an effective and affordable tool for full body and unilateral exercises such as presses, rows, squats, and deadlifts. Kettlebells – I use kettlebells for the following exercises:

  • Squats and Deadlifts

  • Overhead Presses

  • Core and Power Work

I find kettlebells to be more comfortable than dumbbells when performing squats and deadlifts. Kettlebells are best purchased from local sources to avoid shipping expense. Rep Fitness is my recommended (Denver area) source for kettlebells. For more info, click on the link below.
